The Vancouver Canucks fell flat on their face skating onto the ice to face the Calgary Flames Saturday night at the Saddledome as the Flames held a 2-0 lead 3:32 into the game scoring goals one minute and 18 seconds apart.

In years past, that might have sank Vancouver, but not these Canucks, not with these Sedins.

Daniel Sedin scored two goals, including the game-winner, his career-high 37th, and added an assist, while Henrik collected a pair of helpers, the first inducting him into the 500 assist club, as the Canucks improved to 4-0-1 against the Flames this season with a 4-3 win.

The victory closes out a five-game road trip with five wins for the first time since January, 1992, gives the Canucks their second five-game road winning streak of the season and moves Vancouver to 99 points, one back of its third consecutive 100-plus point season and the seventh in team history.
